    Had a part priced at the parts dept. Informed of a bulletin that replacing 1 of 2 sensors is recomended along with the redesigned wiring harness is the requested course of action. I got the price of those 3 parts along with a gasket required for reinstalling the intake manifold. The four parts came to $300.00 roughly. The labor was quoted at $300.00. When picking up my truck I was charged $670.00 and they didn't install a new wiring harness (a $50.00 part). The service writer answered my questions by explaining that his tech went home sick. I paid my bill begrudgingly and went to leave only to find my service engine light still on. After waiting another half hour the cleared the codes and I left. Never to return.
