U Save Laundry Dry Clean

I drove by this place to see the hours of operation and they were no where to be found.

I read the review on this place about no one answering the phone and when someone did they hung up. Well, the first time I called no one answered. Second time, a man answered and I asked if they did same day dry cleaning and they hung up.

I don't know if the number listed is the wrong number or if they have horrible customer service. Either way, I would not recommend this place if they are unorganized to not have their hours of operation then imagine what they will do to your clothes. If they have horrible customer service, just imagine dealing with them if an issue were to arise!

I recommend going to peoria dry cleaners located downtown peoria on 83rd. Everytime I go there they have great customer service andI have seen the best results from them out of all cleaners i've been to; which there has been at least five.

We've called 2 times to try to find out about their hours of operation, and every single time the person who answers the phone is EXTREMELY rude and hangs up on us. First time I called was last week around 1.30 pm and a man answered the phone and said "hello", i said "is this U Save cleaners" and he hung up on me, just like that! Today, my husband called and a woman answered, he asked what time did they close, she said "at 9 pm", he asked if they were open tomorrow, she said "no English", and hung up!!!!!! If they are bothered so much by people calling, why do they even put a phone number??? If they supposedly don't speak English, how come they A) Gave the place a English name, and b) Answer the phone in English, and answer some questions in English?
