Love the food: I love the food at the Korean Garden but the service isnt all that great alsso the outside of the building is ugly. If my friends didn't drag em in ther I would nerver have wanted to go in there.
Best Korean Food in the Land: I was stationed in Korea (in the military) and enjoy some Korean foods (but not all). I've also dined in many Korean Restaurants throughout the U.S. But, when I walked into the Korean Garden BBQ Restaurant on Rural Rd near Arizona State University (ASU), I felt like I walked into a family party. I honestly had to enquire about whether or not I was intruding in on a private party, but I was not. The food was the best I've had, the ASU students are treated like family by the owner, Sara, and all ages were made to feel welcome. If not for Sara being a Korean lady, I would have thought that the families dining there, and the students, were all related. I just can't say enough good things about that restaurant. I hope I can return to Phoenix and Tempe someday and be a part of the "family reunion" atmosphere again.
