User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsAwful place. Price of plain bagels is fine, for a topping, farr too expensive. Customer service not good. Asked for little cream cheese on bagel, they placed so much, it was hard to find the bagel! Went back to have it fixed-still too much! Impossible to eat. Next time I'll drive a little out of my way to Einstines and have a better experience.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsWe are so happy Hot Bagels moved into our neighborhood in the north valley. We've been to the other locations MANY times and were thrilled when we found them opening here. Best bagels, superb service and friendliness, prices that are unbeatable, plus you're supporting a locally owned business rather than a big corporation! No reason to get your bagels elsewhere, unless you live in New York, I suppose.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThe original Hot Bagels rocks! Don't be scared away by the line that's ALWAYS there on SAT and SUN. They are quick and worth the wait. The sandwiches can't be beat and the bagels are the best around!

Go to Einsteins you idiot.. You can't use a plastic fork to "regulate" your personal preference of cream cheese? This is the best bagel joint in the valley. You belong at Einsteins anyway..
