This cleaners had a change in ownership/management back in late April or early May of 2007 and the changes were dramatic. Prior to the change I experienced the same problems mentioned in the other reviews. Since the change I have been very pleased with the results. There seems to be a manager on duty at all times with no teenagers in site, they are punctual now about their opening/closing times and the cleaning and pressing of my clothes is quality work. Lost and damaged items are a thing of the past.

Worst Cleaners: We took our clother there for about 8 months and it was great because they knew us there. As time went on they started losing our clothes and damaging them because they hire tennagers who do not know what they are doing. They also close early all the time. The closing time is 7:00 on weekdays and we went there at 6:45 about 4 times and the were closed. People were waiting outside pretty upset to not be able to get their clothes. Also, the price went up 3 times in the time we went there.

do NOT use this place: Took in 30 pieces of laundry, recd 24 pieces back. Two of them are NOT mine. So I'm down 8 pieces of business clothing. The owner has NOT returned one phone call.
