Seems every time I take the car into for service somethng else goes wrong. Had AC control head relaced for fourth time last October, just turned AC this year, it is going out. I don't think they replaced it at all. Two years ago had car tuned up. A month later it needed tune up again, took to different place. Have given them all the chances they deserve. Personally I doubt if they ever replaced the AC head, just charged me for it. But, if they did they must have used rebuilt parts or cheap parts. No reason for it go out again the first time I use it.
I had a problem with my 95 C/suburban. It keep acting as if it diden't have any power. Several of my gages didn't work properly.I spoke with a service agent. He was very helpfull. I explained I was in the military not knowing anyone in the Yuma area to work on my vehicle. He assured me he would take care of the problem and get it fixed. We spoke with a mechanic. I explained the problem and gave the mechanic a ride. My vehicle was fixed. It runs GREAT. If I should have any other vehicle problems in the near futhure, I would without hasitation return to FISHER CHEVROLET SERVICE DEPARTMENT. THANKS AGAIN
Fisher is the best so far.: I have bought several vehicles in Yuma from several different dealerships and I have dealt with several dealerships concerning warranty support. This dealership goes above and beyond and the people take your concerns seriously. I bought my vehicle for a decent price and at a decent interest rate, and have never had any issues getting someone to help me when I need it. I highly reccommend doing business with these people.
