If your car dies in front of Larry Miller Toyota dealership ... and someone throws a bag of cash out the window that lands at your feet.... pick up the money and run...(don't walk) away from this dealership. The sales people make car salesman look like boy scouts. their F&I will not let you leave. they got me for two cars and that's it .... I'm a Bell road Toyota loyal customer now. at least there I leave with my wallet and my watch.

After purchase: When I purchased my car I got all of the information I needed and my questions were answered. The minute I stepped out of the dealership I never got a response back! They have a terrible and non functioning call back system. They can use customer service training as a customer is not fully satisfied unless they continue to receive the same attention they received at the beginning. If you are looking for a used car they do have a wide selection but don't expect the service you receive during your visit to be the same after you leave. Very disappointing! The only department I can say ever called me back was the "service" department, they were also quite polite.

after purchase: These guys were great to deal with and I got a great deal on a used car. However after the purchse forget about it. You are completely forgotten. My van came without rear headrests. The sales person said he would take care of it. That was 4 months ago and still nothing. I have made calls and e-mails. still nothing.
