I had a bunch of clothing taken into this dry cleaners for service. When I received my clothing back, they smelled very rancid as if they were re-using dirty chemicals to clean clothing. My white clothing was no longer white but now more of a gray color. My $300 wool jacket was ruined since it was no longer white. Personally, I do not smoke and they came back smelling like foul like a combination of smoke, dirt, and other absolutely disgusting bodily odors. The smell was so bad that after I placed the dry-cleaned clothes in my closet after returning home, my whole closet filled with this odor. I took them out and placed them in the bedroom instead. Next I knew, my room smelled and caused me to be very nauseous and to dry heave. I took the clothing back into the store only to have the owner, Lila, tell me in front of her customers that it wasn't her fault and that it was too bad. All I asked for was a refund of the money I paid her to get my clothing re-cleaned somewhere else and she began yelling at me in front of customers. She asked me what kind of quality did I expect to get since her prices are so cheap. I told her I expect good quality and good customer service regardless. She told me that I was dumb for taking expensive clothing into her store and that is what I get. She screamed at me to get out of her store, leaving her other customers in disbelief how she was treating me. I began crying in front of everyone and I told her I would file a complaint and left the store.
