    I like Applebee's and this location is the best one in town. I've been to the 16th street location and the service was horrible. I think at the 32nd street location the staff does their best to make sure you are taken care of.

    NEVER EVER EAT AT APPLEBEE's ON 4TH AVE!!!!!!!: Ordered a mixed drink and felt it did not have any/enough alcohol. Sent it back and watched the MANAGER stick her nose IN the glass and sniff. She sent back the same drink in the same glass and said it was OK. Regardless of food quality or food service, I will never, ever eat there again!!!!!

    NEED TO WORK ON CUSTOMER SERVICE: The food was ok they forgot some of our items ... I perfer the one on 16th street has really good service
