User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThis has been a family event location since we move to Tucson in 1986. We enjoy the food and the atmosphere, the service is always good and the prices are decent. We take our time and enjoy our meal and conversation. It is lovely to eat outside and the kids like to watch the fish swim. I would recommend the Caruso's Special (with the meat sauce) and extra garlic bread, as well as, a carafe of Chianti! As a general rule we order one of each desert there are 4 to 5 of them and we pass them around the table it was my favorite thing to do as a kid and now it is my kidâs favorite!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI worked for this restaurant from april 2003 till I got sick and almost died in 2005 and came back to Ca. I LOVED the food and miss it dearly the Zagona Family are wonderful people and Sal Zagona the manger there was my best and favorit boss I've ever had if you have eaten there and had a bad exprience I would please ask that you try it one more time just to give it a chance again it may have been a bad night or Your server was crapy but the Zagonas take alot of pride in there food and Sal is so careful to make sure that everyone who dines is 100%happy I know from exprience from being able to work one on one with him.
If I where to ever go back to Tucson this would be the place I would dine and work at again I LOVE CARUSO's might I also suggest that you ask for servers named ELKIE, or Johnny or find out what server has been there for the longest and add in there to your server or if you meet Sal Zagona that Sarah(his hostess and serverfrom feb2003- aug. 2005) sent you!!!!!!! cause they where one of the best!!!!!!!!!!

Elkie doesnt work at Caruso's anymore. I recommend coming early for dinner so you can get better service.
