    If you come thirsty, too bad, you wont drink much: Came in sat down at 4:30 pm to have some Happy Hour drinks. I ordered 2 beers and by 5:30 I was told to slow down or I would be cut off. I got up and left. They need to rethink thier drink serving policy. I have not been back since.

    Average: It usually takes awhile for a waitress to get to ur table....and when they do they take forever to come with your food. The food is okay, and tis tru fact that i would rather eat at applebees than chilis...but it is so over crowded!

    Horrible first outing!: I went here in December three days after my baby was born thinking this restaurant would be a nice first outing for us. Our server came did not smile and took our drink order. 15 minutes later someone else brought our drinks and another 15 minutes later she finally came back and asked us what we wanted. We told her and I told her I wanted really fresh fries. Of course it came and my fries were brown from being cooked twice. Not fresh at all! Our server never returned and we had no drinks. We waited for an hour for her to come back and I kept complaining to other servers that we wanted to leave. The manger came out and by this time my newborn is screaming his head off. This whole experience made me shake I was so upset. I have not returned since then. On the up side happy hour there is awsome. It is at 4-7 and 10-close. So try and make it there between those time and you won't be disappointed with the happy hour prices.
