| About: | Turquoise Valley is considered Arizona's oldest continuously operating golf course, founded in 1908 and built in nearby Warren, Arizona. In 1936, as a WPA project, the clubhouse was moved to its present location, and the development of the current site began. Turquoise Valley began as a 9-hole course played twice from different tee boxes for a total of 18 holes. The "back nine", a true desert course, was officially opened in January of 1999 with the first TVGC Pro-Am. Designed by Richard Atkinson, it features a par-6, 747-yard hole named "The Rattler", the longest in Arizona. Acclaimed by many to be "user friendly" and "challenging", Turquoise Valley Golf will satisfy the "weekend hacker" or the "low handicapper." |

A gem in the desert!: We chose this RV park for the golf, which was a great value for the quality of the course. We were very pleasantly surprised to find a very good restaurant, views that were incredible and even outstanding entertainment during dinner. The RV park is small, but very adequate and right across from the golf course. We would definitely go back again!
