Can't believe I'm the first to review and rate Chili's in Tucson. Over the last month we've eaten at two different Chili's in the area. Each time I ordered the Rib Eye steak, each time "medium rare". The first time, it came medium. The steak was tough and I wrote their corporate office, suggesting they opt for some other beef besides Angus (skinny cows = tough meat!) and something around choice grade. They sent me enough to nearly cover the meal (most of it was very, very good -- just not the meat). Decided to be fair and try it again at another location. Same VERY, VERY TOUGH steak -- so touch the steak knife had to struggle to cut it. Embarrassing, but enough to create a couple of giggles from my husband and I. I won't complain to corporate of this one. But, Caveat Emptor. Unless you've got nothing better to do with $16!!
