Circle K Corporation Speedway Blvd

It has been our misfortune to operate a business just down the street from this incredible Circle k location on the corner of Speedway and 6th Ave.
Over the past couple years we have been totally ashamed to send our customers to this store. Most of the time there is an needlessly long line bending around the isle and along the coolers for no other reason than very poor service at the register.

Incident on August 7th 6:00 PM
On this particular day I was standing in such a needlessly long line and watched two of the staff throwing food across the room at each other. The guy behind the counter (looks like he needs a bath) is stuffing a huge barrito or something in his face as his other hand is trying to punch the register. All the while he and another staff are shouting over top the customers about some personal joke. As the line gets even longer and the food is falling out of the cashiers mouth onto the counter, a third (off duty) staffer starts grabassing with the other two and begin tossing food over the heads of myself and the dozen or so victims standing in line.
Finally I tossed my goods on a shelf and gave them a 10 second shout out (all they did was start yelling at me) as I stomped out the door.
The staff didn't have time to help their customers but at least one had enough time to follow my car across the parking lot shouting and laughing about the way their low-life actions upset me.

That place needs some management!!

Like many other in the West University area, we will gladly drive the extra mile to the store on Speedway & Park Ave. where the customer service is far superior and almost never a line and much more professional staff.
And if it ever gets any better I will let everyone know... But until they get management, I hold little hope.
