After an $800 repair on my NEW car (which was $40,000) I bought from them, they still have not fixed the problem. They are the worst and I will never buy a FORD again due to this poor example of service. FORD does stand for Fix Or Repair Daily!!! I would never suggest buying a car from them or attempting to get a car "fixed" by their techs. They are the WORST. I hate to say it but I will never buy another american car based on this expierence. It was my 1st and last time buying an american car. There is no excuse especially since I bought the car right off their lot new. Stay Away from Holmes - Tuttle Ford and you will be glad you did. A YUGO would probably be better!!!
Terrible service! Incredible lack of communication. Online scheduling sucks! I scheduled an appointment through this system and when I went to drop off the car, they didn't have me on the schedule. As such they never ordered the tires for my appt. I had to take it back 3 days later only to have them take another 8+ hours to change my tires. This has happened at least 2 times now and they only reason I take it there is because I still have the car under warranty. I will never take it back.
Worse than most OEM dealerships: HT service managers are the worst I think I've ever dealt with--I gave them three chances, and each time I caught them in lies and half-truths about the cause of my cars' problems. No more.
