    I would NEVER put another family member in that facility again.
    I had a lot of trouble with the nursing staff. Most just wanted to
    be left alone. If you would ask to have certain meds given at night one shift might not feel like doing it, and put it off for the next shift. The bookkeeping was absolutely terrible. Had to fight my own battles with my family members insurance as the facility was not "coding" properly. When it was brought to their attention,
    they were more than happy to have me pursue correction on my own instead of trying to fix their own mistakes! On a scale of 1-10.... 3. The ladies at the front desk were always very pleasant!
