    I would never do business with any Jim Click Automotives. I bought a preowned veh from them about 3yrs ago. Since then I have had to replace the brakes 3x rotars 1x. The drivers side window wont roll up if I mess with it. The rear window on the truck sometime wont roll up and now I am having electrical problems. The service team never appoligized or take responsibility they jus blame the customer.

    I had my Ford towed to Jim Click when the timing belt snapped. It took two days for them to start the repair. While the car was waiting to be repaired they hit it with another vehicle and it required body work. So, the dealer got me a rental car and paid for the body work. I didn't see my car for another ten days. They did an okay job on the body, the engine runs beautifully, but they busted and would not repair my driver's side mirror claiming it must have been that way when they received the vehicle. Through all of this, the customer service was really poor. It was apparent that I was as much of a nightmare for them as they were for me. I will never spend money at Jim Click again, although I've heard the two Tucson dealers givemuch better service.

    ****Not Friendly****
    I am new to the area having moved from NJ. I pulled up yesterday at 3:58 PM--the service adviser ignored me--no hi or just a minute. The schedule board was clear--no other customers. At 4:08, he advised me that the last appointment is 3:45 and I could not get an oil change. Not, hey how about tomorrow, or I'm sorry, can't really get you in today. As I need a bigger vehicle, my goal was to get an oil change and look at vehicles for sale. Needless to say--no oil change, no looking for a new vehicle. I had heard good things about Jim Click--but this was not good.
