    this is my hubby and I's alltime favorite sushi place we have ever eaten. We were stationed in AZ for 9 months and even though we didn't make very much money we would go to Tanuki as much as possible. We live in Arkansas now but we joke about flying all the way back to Sierra Vista just to eat the sushi at Tanuki. I got hooked on their brown rice green tea too and have to have it special ordered b/c I can't find it in AR. This is a hole-in-the-wall treasure. The atmosphere is kind of funky and it has little Japanese characters and trinkets everywhere. But the food makes it all worth it!

    My friend and I are on a business trip. Both of us enjoyed trying different culture foods, especially Asian. I found this place online had couple of good ratings. Dining at this small establishment was an experience that my friend and I'd enjoyed a lot. The service was good. Atmosphere was pleasant. The price was reasonable for the great food you are getting. The sushi and shashimi were very fresh and tender...melts in your mouth. I recommend you give this place a try.
