    I have been a customer for over two years now. I have been to just about every Vietnamese restaurant in Tucson. I like them all. However Ha Long Bay is my favorite though. The food is fresh tasty and service is great. The atmosphere is cute,quiet and clean. It is a small place with big taste! If you have not been there, don't hesitate to go. Try the fresh summer rolls and a bowl of "Pho" their signature beef noodle soup and wash it all down with a tasty mango slush. uummmm yummmy!
    If you are closed minded you won't know if you don't try it!
