Restaurant was located in Trail Dust Town, a charming old western town. I would definitely stop by there to check it out. The little shops and gun show are worthwhile.
My husband and I were disappointed with the food at Pinnacle Peak, though. Our steak and sandwich lacked flavor and were very dry. For the money that we spent, nothing except the bread and soda tasted good. The atmosphere is great and the service was good but the food was disappointing. I have dined a few times at one of there restaurants in CA years ago and I really like it so I'm not sure what happened. I don't think that I would go back to this restaurant again.
Best steak and best deal around!!!! Good fun and interesting shops.
I have eaten many of times at Pinnacle Peaks Off and on for the last 13 years. The most recent would be three times in 2008 and 2009.Family visiting, Mothers Day and Most recent this evening my Birtday. On Mothers day I had to return my meal not once but twice, at that time everyone was finished with there meal. I did not eat that evening with my family. I did not eat.... The manager at that time gave me a business card with two free meals. I ended up giving this card to my neice and said I would never eat there again.... I was talked into going again to Pinnacles Petes Tucson, again I had to return my meal not once but twice.... The manager gave me another business card, this was for one free meal and he would cook the steak himself. I am unhappy for several reasons, The fact that I did not get to eat and the fact that my family and myself will never be able to replace that memorable time we all had. Thanks For the memories.........
