Tucson's own nonprofit, community-supported art cinema is a stop on the tours of independent films and film events. The Loft shares foreign films, art films, independent releases and reprints of classics. Local filmmakers are celebrated here, as well. They also host film events with celebrities available for commentary and signatures.

We get sick of seeing the same old movies, The Loft has interesting, and yes sometimes weird! But definatly NOT boring movies, and the are not the SAME 'ol movies that every other theatre across town is showing.

Unique movies and opportunities: for independent film makers and fans, The Loft has been the only place in Tucson for decades. A great place and time for all.
