Problems with Verizon---store within Circuit City on Broadway wouldn't back us up for their failure to disconnect new service (took back during 15 day trial period) and failure to report equipment return to Verizon central. I was billed for their mistake. Rude and too busy to rectify, and still haven't resolved problem after 1mnth, 1wk.
They repeatedly fail to answer their phone and even Verizon Customer Service couldn't get get through to take care of my problem----totally frustrated
I was shopping for a big screen tv. I went to alot of other stores but I got the most informative results from this store. I will make my purchase from theis store.
I went into Circuit City the other day to purchase a pair of speakers. It took about 10 minutes just to get somebody to pay attention to me. Even when theye did, they kept saying "I'll be with you in 5 minutes" After 3 times of this...(15 minutes elapsed) I gave up and went to Best Buy. I won't be back to Circuit City on Broadway.
