I had grate service everyone was very profesional and polite. i would and will go back for any of my vehicals issues. the mechanic (jack) was like my very own mechanic. he came out and explained everything to me with no sails pitch. I know i was a mechanic for 20 years they were very honist and told me exactly what it would cost and told me what could be done to make my vehical run better thanks guys
Just had the 60k service done. I noticed on the paperwork that they put 5w20 motor oil in. The manual recommends 5w30. It's 100+ degrees here on a daily basis. . . the last thing I want is thinner oil. They only reason they got one star is because I can't give negative stars. I'll be there first thing Monday morning fighting to get it fixed.
Wow... what a rude place to call if you ever have a question regarding for Dodge. The operator was friendly but when she transfered my call to the "service Dept." and MARK answered you can just hear how unhappy he is with he`s job. He has that "what are you doing calling me".."I hate my job" attitude. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE what-so-ever!I started to ask him something and in the middle of my question he said:" can you hold on"(not in a nice tone) 6 minutes later he get back on the phone. Doesn`t even apologize for the long wait and never even asnwered my question just made a RUDE statement. I can only imagine the type of SERVICE you`ll get when you go there in person. I will never call again or EVER take my Dodge back to TUCSON DODGE!You can bet I will be writing a letter to the General Manager about he`s "I only come here to collect a paycheck, so leave me alone" employee! FOLKS, DON`T SPEND YOUR HARD EARN MONEY HERE, GO SOMEWHERE WERE THEY AT LEAST WOULD TREAT YOU LIKE A CUSTOMER, NOT LIKE THEY ARE DOING YOU A FAVOR! REMEMBER, YOU`RE THE ONE PAYING!...... THANKS, BUT NO THANKS MARK!!!
