   This is by far the WORST company in the Tucson area. They left me with a hole in my ceiling for over 5 months and acted like they didn't know when the owner came to visit! They are rude and take forever to fix anything. When I moved out they charged me for some dust on the blinds and in the bottom draw of the stove. They charged me $180 for not trimming some bushes even though the bushes were the same when we moved in. It took them over a year to even fix the cooler duct. It had extreme water damage and didn't cool very well. Also when I moved out they tried charging me for damage that was there before I moved in and I had to fight to get that back. This company is not professional at all and I advise everyone to go somewhere else. NEVER HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you were unfortunate enough to have rented from them them and have any complaints.    Anyone who has/is having a problem with this company please, please, pleasr contact the BBB, it will/does make a difference. I too agree with you all, hands down worst management company in Tucson and probably Arizona.

   PPM is the worst!!! - 08/19/08
   I tried. BBB wouldn't take the issue. They said call an attorney. I have...several in fact. Because it's such an invovled case I can't seem to get anyone to take it all. They only want to fight it one way or the other, but we have two cases within one instance.

   I was told they lost their accreditation with the BBB already...WooHoo!!! So, unfortunately, in order to get further justice you will have to take them to court.

   I used them to rent out a property of mine for about a year. All I have to say is, look at the contract before you sign. There's gives you no recourse whatsoever, but completely benefits them. Their owner was initially negative about my property renting for the price I wanted for it, even though I was asking less than what the house next door was renting at a year earlier. I was also lied to about the % fee when I first interviewed them, being first told it was 10%, then later being charged 12%, with other senseless monthly fees on top of that. I later noticed they have several more BBB complaints than the other prop. mgmt. companies. The tenants they did bring left the place filthy.
   
   I subsequently fired them. I would advise anyone to steer clear of this company.

   I'm going through TRT now. They have been rather pleasant to deal with. They had a new tenant for me before I even signed the contract.
