ONE RUDE WAITER IN LIGHT GREEN SHIRT JULY 28, '09
A relative first brought us to Miss Saigon back in 2007 when we were still in another state, but since moving here in 2008, this became one of our favorites UNTIL last July 28.
My wife ordered fried rice which this waiter said they do not serve. True enough it was not in the menu. But this guy responded with loud voice as if wanting others to hear. My wife insisted why were we served with fried rice in pas occassions. The waiter rudely said those were not fried rice but merely side dishes on other menu items.
We were about ready to take his explaination when he still continued his rude behaviour by saying bluntly and loudly: "THERE IS A RESTAURANT DOWN THE ROAD...."
What kind of customer service is that?
This was supposed to a dinner treat for our eldest daughter who was turning 10 that day. This waiter ruined the mood that afterwards we cancelled everything we planned for our daughter that day.
Add on that, he mentioned he's been working there 10 years. How many more years does this waiter have to work in order to learn to treat customers kindly?
This is an great restaurant that serves some of the most authentic vietnamese dishes in Tucson. Their Pho is very good, and their selection of dishes and beverages is great. The only thing I am disappointed about is that it seems they run out of vietnamese eggrolls often, and I happen to like them alot.
This a great place to eat. They have great drinks also. My favorite dish is Mi Xao Dac Biet. I always get that and a milk tea with boba. Good, good food.
