User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI was having trouble with my new Mac after a friend helped me switch from my Dell and I was not able to get enough help at the Apple store. I called STAT and they were great! They made an appointment, showed up on time and fixed EVERYTHING. The consultant that came out was really nice and explained everything while he was doing it. I'm not letting anyone else work on my Mac!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI think you got the wrong idea: What are you talking about? SCS is incredible. You call them, make an appointment, they come to you, and fix all your problems. Their guys are among the most knowledgeable in the business, they're Apple certified (no easy task, fwiw), and they get the job done. I've been getting advice from those guys even before they were "Stat Computer Services". Few people know as much.

Great support!: Just read that last review and I have to strongly disagreee. I've used STAT for a couple of years and they have excellent service! I've NEVER been put on hold unless someone is looking something up for me. They don't support you via their web site, they provide on-site support and It's very misleading to rate their support poorly just because their web site hasn't been updated.
