| About: | This newly developed northeast-side establishment is sure to become a favorite among young business professionals and their families soon as the city expands its borders. A covered outdoor patio and a large, somewhat cramped main dining room present options for all types. The "Little Leprechaun" menu provides lads and lassies under 12 with adequate sustenance. The menu is nothing special: moderately-priced hot sandwiches, soups and salads, burgers and appetizers. The spinach dip appetizer, with artichoke hearts and jack and parmesan cheeses, is excellent. Guinness, Harp and Killean's Red flow endlessly, along with lighter selections of tap and bottled beer. |

This was my first visit to the Irish Pub and will NEVER return. I guess they were understaffed that night and instead of the server letting us know that she was rude and rarely seen during the night. After waiting forever for our food and drinks we had to wait over an hour for our checks. Talked to the manager but got us nothing. Not worth the drive or headache. And if you DO decide to try it out, DO NOT HAVE THE FISH AND CHIPS, you will be sick afterwards.
I went to this Irish Pub on Friday to check out the Happy Hour specials and see what the place is like. I was EXTREMELY disappointed. I had an overpriced Bloody Mary, severly overfried fish that had ill effects on my digestive system, and a beer. Everything took way too long to come out. My total was $18 (not such a great Happy Hour). I had to flag the server down to order and it took an hour and a half to get my bill. When I confronted the server about the poor service she snapped at me that she was really busy, however she did not at any point tell me that she was sorry about the slow service or warn me that tonight was an exception to the norm. Unless you have all night, and plan on having nothing but domestic beeers on tap, go somewhere else. This place is a joke.
This place is great if you love poor service (Not being asked if you'd like anything else from the time your cold food is served and when you have to approach the server to ask for your check.) It's even better if you like cold and soggy fish and chips. My wife's burger was very well done, yet served cold, and appeared to have been made from a frozen patty. I really enjoyed the warm cole slaw and cold fried food. What a combo! My wife and I eat out at least twice a week and adamantly agreed this was the worst meal we can remember having in a very long time. Save your time, money and stomachs. I know we will in the future.
