User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsWOW! This shop is amazing. It is clean, the music in the background makes you feel at home. I have been in this shop 5-6 times in the last year or so and it is a DIAMOND in the ROUGH! I always come in "looking for something" and with a few questions, they come up with just what I wanted! Once, a beatiful bouquet of balloons which everyone raved about. Another time, they came up with a basket of candies, candles, and bath stuff. They are incredibly packaged and even DELIVERED it to where I wanted in Pinetop. I found out that the couple at the store actually own it and it shows!! They take so much time, don't make you feel rushed and I always feel taken care of when I am there. I have recommended the Suprise Closet to many of my friends both in the Valley and in Lakeside and no one has come back disappointed. So if you want something unique and different, check out the Suprise Closet. Katy in Phoenix
