I have never had such horrible service at a shop or other type of business . I especially thought that the owner was rude and had an incredibly poor attitude for someone who's livelihood depends on customers. I have talked to numerous people who will never return to this place. That includes me

I just found my new shop this is a new buisness with a amazing crew whos efforts and reliability is GREAT i was so happy with the work performed i would recommend them to anyone who needs a good shop with reasonable prices and the fact that they are a NAPA AutoCare Center. The owner was even in The Daily Courier for prescott valley who is a former marine that puts Militaristic Precision into his work.

good old fashion service: I was pleasantly surprised at the service and honesty of the manager and staff. And they are a NAPA AutoCare Center. I priced several other auto shops before taking my car to them. Would recommend them to all my friends.
