The food was excellent - steak, fish, lobster, even side salad! Tue is $9 lobster tail add-on night. It was a bit more expensive than I expected, but well worth the money. Service was excellent too - fast, friendly, accommodating. Give it a try if you are in town.

Nic's was recommended by locals in Sedona when we were visiting from the valley. The prices are reasonable considering they include the complementary bread and garlic/oil dip appetizer (delicious) and choice of soup of the day, salad or the seafood bisque which was outstanding and worth the $5 it would have cost when not ordered with a meal. The atmosphere was dim candlelight with brick walls, dark wood and made me feel like I was in a Boston restaurant back East, upscale without the upscale pricing. The service was awesome as well, we were never left waiting for anything we ordered, the waitress was on top of her game even with assisting other tables. I am from Long Island so I know fresh seafood and the oysters on the half shell definatley were. The only negative we could find after a discusion to find a negative was the broccoli was left on a long stalk not served with just the floret. I can't wait to go back, we are planning a trip back to Cottonwood just to eat at Nic's!
