I have eaten at the Ranch House Grill several times and it has always been excellent. I have had the Phil Burger, a Reuben, and many different breakfast items. If you like burgers, the Phil Burger is one you should try; it is simply the best.
The service has always been great and the prices are very fair especially considering how much food you are served and that the food is made from high quality ingredients.
By the way, I also met the owner that is a local middle school teacher and she was a very nice down to earth person. And, in reference to a previous review, she does not smoke.
i'am a local and. this restaurant has got to be one of the most honest and warm feeling places to sit down and eat some vittles, ther'se been few and i mean me none that i've walked away cuz there was no room and i was in a hurray, hate it when it's so crowded like usuall, that i can't get a big round table,we usally show up whit 5-8 hungry mouths, anyway i could go on for ever, sorry about what happened to that one customer, just doesn't sound quite right but i wished there was always 1 table ready for my family and i,P.S they always do there best to make room...
When I first moved to Page, some of the locals suggested The Ranch House Grill for breakfast.
I got huevos rancheros for breakfast and the eggs weren't fully cooked (the whites were runny and cloudy). There was no way I could eat them, so I just at the hashbrowns that came with it. After waiting 15 minutes to finally get someone's attention so I could tell them about my food, the waitress said she would talk to the owner.
When she came back, she told me that the owner had offered 35 cents off my meal. I said that I thought that was quite rude and that I'd like to speak to her. After another 5 minutes, the waitress came back and said the owner was smoking in another part of the restaurant and had said I could go talk to her. I replied that I was the customer and that the owner could come to me. The waitress told me that she agreed with me, and that she would ask the owner to come to our table.
When the owner came over (still smoking,) I politely explained my situation and asked for a discount, as I could not eat the food. The owner asked me if I was "local" or "out of town." I asked what difference that made and she said that a local would have known to take the plate to the kitchen door and ask for another order.
She again offered me 35 cents off my total cost. I said that that was insulting and said that I shouldn't have to pay for food that isn't cooked. I also pointed out that her menu said, "Satisfaction Guaranteed or your money back." She said it didn't really mean that. Then she threatened to call the police on me if I wasn't going to pay. By now, my husband was getting rather upset and her attitude and behavior towards me and simply wanted to leave. I still didn't think I should have to pay, and probably shouldn't have, but I felt threatened by the owner. I have never been treated so poorly in my entire life by anyone.
I do have to say that the waitress was very kind to me even though the owner treated me so poorly--she even offered to pay for my meal and called the owner a b****, and said that that she hated working for this woman.
I would never recommend this restaurant. I live in Page and everyone who hears my story is totally shocked at how I was treated. The really sad part is that I found out that the owner is also a teacher at the middle school--I pity the students in her class.

This non-reference was very helpful. Due to this I will probably not dine at this establishment.
