Overpriced, low quality, poor customer service. Reply to my comment regarding bad job done on ties, clerk says: "I didn't put the spot there". My answer: "Well, it's your job to get the stain out!" Clerk reply: "Too bad, we tried".
For the prices they charge, they should try harder.
