User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsPurchased a dress for my wife in Las Vegas for $400+ dollars, went back to kingman where I live and had it dropped off the next day. The day of the pickup, my wife walked in to find the dress completely trashed. The designer buttons had been melted and went through the back of the dress.
The business told my wife that they should have not brought in the dress because it was not dry cleanable, even when the tag on the inside said "DRY CLEAN ONLY". They did not even call us at the given phone number during the 2-3 days of wait time to tell us what had happened, and told us it was basically our fault.
Very rude employee and owner, now filing a case in small claims court seeking the damages to the dress, court costs, and the fee we even had to pay for the cleaning of the dress AFTER it was ruined. Not even BBB acredited.

First of all why would you be cleaning something you just bought? There is no heat involved with the dry cleaning process. Don't always trust what a label says. most garments are mass produced in china and they get a generic label to cover their own liability on the material they use. You should of just a few minutes out your time and discussed with the manager if it was able to be cleaned if this garment was so important. Going after a business with a claim isn't the way to go about it. Always remember buyer beware and don't always believe what you read and don't be afraid to ask questions. plus bbb acredited doesn't mean a whole lot in kingman az. anyways
