About:	Cliff Castle Casino's fine dining venue is designed to replicate a cave-dwelling, with jagged rock walls and diffused lighting. The table-settings are Southwestern formal, with starched cloths and fine china, making this an unusual, though strangely appealing upscale dining venue. The menu puts an Arizona spin on classic steak, poultry and seafood preparations. A guest favorite is the papaya-glazed chicken. Dinner entrees run from $14-25. Wines by the glass start at about $5.
