   I had a HORRIBLE experience with the Flower Box! I submitted an order online, along with billing info, and received the email confirmation. When I called them the next day to verify, there was no record of that order being placed in their system. Had I not called, the order would have never been delivered. I had to take time off work to come to the store and prove that I actually placed an order. The two people I spoke with were rude and unapologetic.
   
   When the bouquet arrived, it looked nothing like the display on the web site. There were only patches of flowers (some looked far from "fresh") instead of the full bouquet displayed on the web site. The highlight was the wilting rose on the top of the bouquet. Nothing says "I love you" like a wilting rose. It looked like something I could have paid $10 for at a grocery store. I actually paid quite a bit more than $10 because I wanted the bouquet to look really nice, but you wouldn't know it. I was actually embarrassed to have had that bouquet delivered. I am NEVER going to Flower Box again!

   wow! After dealing with "Prescott Valley Florist' and having a very bad experience(they didn't deliver the flowers even though they were ordered at noon!) I was absolutely thrilled to talk to these people! My 'phone order' was taken by a very nice lady who was very pleasant and helpful and she assured me that her floral designers would get my order out first thing this morning They did exactly what she said- they delivered the flowers at 10 am and my daughter in law said they were beautiful! You know, it's nice to talk directly to people and not through an 'answering service'- another bonus for the FLOWER BOX. THANK YOU!!
