User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsI had no luck with the florists in Cottonwood, so I ordered flowers for Mom's day from the Flower Shop. The woman I spoke to was friendly and helpful. I live across the country, so I'll keep you posted on how Mom feels about the arrangement I ordered.

Terrible customer service: This florist ruined 3 separate orders, refushed to refund or compensate. The owner doesn't care about her customers or product.
