ambivolent: Mediocre beer selection, but not aweful. Best of all, if you don't want to fight through a crowd to the bar, a waitress will eventually find YOU. They're pretty on-the-ball about keeping your pint glass full. (I can't say that about ANY of the other rock venus.)

But the stage is the focus here, and there's plenty of room in front for a crowd. Good sound, too. That's why some of the more popular touring bands end up here, I think.

Two levels, so they can segregate for all-ages show while still letting both groups have a view. That's nice; I hate when the kids can't come rock out.

Pretty essential to the rock scene. You'll be here someday, if you haven't already.
