| About: | The Rancho de Corrales is a 200 year-old Hacienda completely restored and available for unique special occasions. As a singe event venue, you will be the only people at the hacienda during the time of your event. This charming space is perfect for weddings, business meetings, retreats and other special occasions such as anniversaries. We have a professional staff on hand to help you plan every detail of your event. From linens to copper flat ware we have many of the things you need on site! In addition to delicious seasonal catering we also have a full bar set-up. Rancho de Corrales is a single event facility which means you will have this beautiful hacienda with Old World charm exclusively for you and your guests. Our catering team will personalize a menu to make this day uniquely yours. The tables will be set with linens in a choice of colors, copper flat ware, china and stem ware. All of the menus are buffet style with service for the bridal table You will have access to our event coordinator to help you with all the details including floral design, wedding cakes, photographers and music/entertainment.. We offer fine wines, champagne and a full range of cocktails at our main bar with its dark carved wood and Talavera tiles. The main ballroom has a stained concrete floor which is perfect for dancing and there is a large waterfall to add extra ambience. Rancho de Corrales is the perfect setting for your perfect day! At Rancho de Corrales our catering staff can design a diverse range of menus from homestyle comfort food to more contemporary menus with an emphasis on seasonal menus utilizing the wonderful flavors of Southwestern cuisine. Rancho de Corrales has several rooms which can be used for meetings and retreats. Our catering staff can provide a continental breakfast or light fare, a buffet luncheon, mid morning and afternoon snacks. Coffee, water and iced tea can be offered throughout the day. There is a large ballroom which can be set theater style for large groups. The hacienda is beautifully decorated during the Holidays with four fireplaces making it a great place for office parties. The bar is available for private parties and is a separate venue. Enjoy appetizers and your favorite beverage or one of our famous margaritas. The bar opens onto a courtyard for dining.
