About:The Prairie Star Restaurant at Santa Ana Golf Club offers an unforgettable dining experience. Housed in an old adobe mansion, the warmth and intimacy of Prairie Star is intoxicating.     Exceptional Dining Experience: The Albuquerque area is not generally known for the quality of its restaurants, but Prairie Star is an exception. In addition to a good wine list and fine cuisine, there is the warm glow of sunset on the Sandia Mountain to help erase the day's stress. Whether you are with a loved one or with business companions, you can't help but enjoy the expereince of Prairie Star.

    Exquisite: Having lived in the Albuquerque area for over 11 years, I have to say that in a day and age where "real service" is non existant, this restaurant is the "exceptional exception"
    The service is outstanding, the waiters are attentive without being a nuisance, the food is amazing, well prepared to your specifications and the presentation is flawless. Everything from appetizer to desert is a delight.You are in for a treat, not to mention the views of the majestic and colorful Sandia Mountains. Be prepared to spend some cash, but it's an experiece that you'll find worth it!!!! A very romantic atmosphere.
