I used to work here, so I am a little biased.

Still, I think the sammies (that's sandwiches to you uninitiated types) are the best in town for the price. The food is super-fresh, they roast the roast beef and the turkey breast in-store and all of the sides are made there as well, not to mention those tasty little chocolate-chip cookies!

Also- Al, the owner is a stickler for cleanliness on the parts of his employees and food prep areas. I have no qualms about eating there and directing my friends and family there.....unlike other places I've been.

Oh- my fav? Chicken Salad on toasted rye with cream chz, cukes, slivered almonds and sprouts. The sesame noodles are great as a side.

If there's a soup, ask for a taste, you'll probably like it!

Average- bread selection limited. Side dishes are the expected... not bad but not worth making a trip. My server was half-hearted and half distracted- not a good combo.

mmm...Sandwhiches: yummy, but a just a bit pricey. Anything you want, anyway you want it-and you don't have to make it. GOOD stuff.
