Sergio's la Dolce Vita Bakery & Cafe

Twice in less than 3 days Sergio's bakery messed up. I attended two baby showers this past month and both showers ordered a cake from Sergio's bakery. Both times they decorated the cakes with the incorrect image. And the 2nd time they didn't even make the correct size cake requested. They offered to fix both images on the cake and said it would take around 30 minutes. I opted to let them fix the first cake but it took them almost 45 minutes to get it fixed and didn't look that great. Plus they just wiped the frosting off and refrosted making the cake taste way too sweet. The cake itself tasted ok, but this was rediculous. Hmmm.....does someone need glasses? We just took the cake for the 2nd shower the way it was. But we were not happy. Not only that, they still charged full price. They said if we had taken the cake as the mistaken one, they would've offered a discount. However, they did not offer a discount for the one we took with the incorrect image. I will not go back, and this was my first experience. Really really disappointed. And I had heard such rave reviews, but this was two mistakes in less than 3 days. Sad. p.s. please clean inside of your bakery & restrooms

This bakery is the best in town. I got married this summer and stumbled across this cozy little bakery.
I am so happy I stopped by. I ordered my wedding cake there and it was amazing!!!!!!! I got great comments all night from my guests. Not to mention the wonderful desserts I ordered for the sweet table, (cannolis, eclairs, creampuffs, and napolians)
they were all incredible, but the cannolis, oh my god the cannolis they are to die for!!!!!!!! I have never tasted anything like them before. Thanks bakery for making my wedding so wonderful you guys all rock!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
