User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsLocated in an usual spot for a Vietnamese restaurant, the NE heights, Saigon is a place we always think of when we feel like great soups. My favorites are the pork and shrimp soup and a vegetarian soup that is without equal in town. The shrimp are humongous! What beautiful plate presentation! No wilted greens ever, we always feel that we are getting top quality. Also excellent are the spring rolls, egg rolls, and mussels. The service is very attentive, and we always feel personally acknowledged.
