We just purchased our 2nd vehicle from Southwest Hyundai and are very happy with their service. We were welcomed right away and made comfortable and our salesman Orlando immediately went to work helping us find what we wanted and facilitating the paperwork for purchasing our new Tucson and trading in for Focus. All the staff were friendly and welcoming and Sederich went through all the benefits and any extras we might be interested in. The staff is knowledgeable about their product and when you leave you know you can count on them for any needs that arise regarding you vehicle and service. I would absolutely recommend Southwest Hyundai to other and Hyundai vehicles which have standard extra safety features and great warranty.
They were responsive in finding the car I wanted. I wanted the Sonata limted and they were detailed and informative in going over all the options. I was encouraged to drive the car and did everything possible to make sure all my questions were answered and that I was satisfied with all the options and how the car drove. The final negotiation was done in a professional manner and were firm but flexible
My experiance with SW Hyundai has been horrible. I bought a used car from them and the entire process has been very diffucult. From getting a deal done to getting my vehicle registered. My temp registration tag is expiring in three days and they have yet to get my information to Motor Vehicle Department for the issuance of a license plate. They are slow and the customer service of the sales person was not that great. Service Department on the other hand is great. The car is wonderful, but they have to realize that cusomer service is what sells the buisness. I will not return to SW Hyundai for future purchases of vehicles.

After paying a high price for a Sonata (above list for a used or even new Sonata), I did get good service, except I asked to have the brakes checked because they squeaked. They still squeak and nothing was mentioned about the brakes being checked when I picked t up. The other service was done great so I assumed that the brakes were okay. I will be chaking them at a brake shop and see if SW was truthful or not. I also was sold a warranty package that I am still in a mist about. As far as I know, it is just for oil changes although the sales manager and finance manager said it covered a ton of service needs. Thier warranty company doesn't answer my questions or emails. I think I was took on this one. Thier service department does seem to be a bright spot. Very friendly and knowledgeable except about the warranty contract.
