Horrible service and attitude by the Manager @ the Lomas location. Ordered curb side. Asked the gal if order was correct, she stated "checked it myself" Tipped her $2.00. Get home, not what I ordered. Not the end of the world right, except the Manager tells me I have to come and get my order. I am @ work and can not leave. He tells me he can't do anything for me then, and I should be happy with what ever I got. Can you belive this!! $15.00 with tip for one meal and not even a offer to come back, erase the charge, nothin. Their ribs may be decent, but I nor my family will ever go back. What a jerk and lousy customer service. Good thing I don't treat my patients that way!!!

Ribs are good at Applebees: Applebees really does have a Neighborhood Grill & Bar in my neighborhood and the food is excellent. My only complaint is the service, which tends to be slow and sporodic.
Since that review, my wife and I have visited our neighborhood Applebees numerous times. The service has definitly improved and we have no complaints in that department.
One of my favorite things about this place is that it carries Sam Adams Seasonal beers on tap! Now, in October, it's Oktoberfest Ale! What a wonderful balance of flavors!
