User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThis is by far the best BBQ you will ever find, I have traveled across the U.S. and can say I always look forward to Jimmy's excellent smoke flavor and the fried catfish well you will never find better. The owners truly understand customer service.
User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsGood BBQ not GREAT. Cost is reasonable. Their menu could stand to be upgraded for improved selection. Maybe something similar to Rudy's in Albuquerque would help. Makes it easier to order when you do it by the 1/4, 1/2, or one pound selections. With that said, Spare Rib is the best BBQ in San Juan County.....
User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsGreat place: Homestyle decor, reasonable prices and Terrific food. Family style hours so plan ahead so you are not disappointed. But don't miss out. When I am down there again it is on my list of places to go.

How can you even compare Rudy's to Spare Rib? Rudy's is total corporate BBQ with no flair or taste. Kind of like saying K-Bobs is a steak house!
