    Extremely disappointed. I bought a gift card for my wife and after her first visit, she came home furious with the crappiest and most expensive pedicure that she has ever had. I looked bad instead of looking good. Would not recommend it to anybody!

    The receptionist was very unprofessional. When I booked the spa treatments, it was very clear that I had to be done by a specified time. My first treatment started 35 minutes late due to a client "walking in" and wanted a quick massage. I was told that it was alright since they would still give me my treatments, it would just go later. When I asked why they didn't let me know about the delay, I was told that the receptionists was too busy. I had to change my treatments to stay within my time frame. I was overcharged for both treatments. The hot tubs in both areas were not hot (my husband also had treatments). The dry sauna in the men's dressing room was not turned on. Overall the treatments were not as good as I've had in other places.

    I have been to this spa in the past and I love it. The treatments provided were great, the customer service was great. I definately go back.
