A very fine store with a welcome environment. I did not see any "junk". All the figures are new in boxes, or the large ones sit high on shelves. There are over a thousand figures, wide variety of comics, above
average selection of comics and of loads of graphic novels with hard to
find titles. I dealt with Jeff and his staff, and found them to be above average.
I would advise that you really need to walk around the place to appreciate it, otherwise you will miss stuff. I like how the graphics are
arranged, with the hardbooks still in the wrapping and the posters are
awesome. There are also some nice suprises, such as figures that are
rare. Like most "non-commercial" places in town, I found that they will work with you on price. Just having a place like this in Albuquerque is a treat, and welcome relief from commercial chains.
Weird place, with lots of old toys and comics and junk. Same people run the store every day, kind of aloof and non-communicative. The store does not offer any deals that would retain the few customers they have. IMHO, there are several better game stores in the AQ area that deserve a visit before these guys.
Great Place: This is a very friendly store, and the owner and staff do their best to help the customer.
