User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI had a 2006 Rav 4 and went to American Toyota for an Oil change. While I was waiting a salesman came up to me and asked if I would to test drive a used Prius. I said yes and we traded my Rav 4 Which was in Pristine condition for an 07 Prius. I have been getting letters from January to trade my Prius would go down in for a new Prius and my payments would go down due to lower interest rates. I recieved a $2000 check. I met with the Internet representative who tries to sell me a Black prius. When I said I did not like black, he took my information and then told me I am sorry I can not help you. Because of the oil crisis last year American Toyota, inflated its prices on the used Prius, plus the trade for the Rav 4 was under so now you are upside down. He proceeded to rip up the check and he told me I would be paying more since the new Prius's cost less then the used Prius I bought last year. I really feel like I was ripped off. I am a Realtor and I take clients out in it all the time and Rave about the car. I did not realize how unethical the dealership is. Please have your CEO contact me at
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsMy mother'n'law offered to get my wife a new car so my wife and I went to American Toyota and we were not at all pressured we recieved the best customer service ever we were treated well. I had the internet sales man working with us he did not limit me on what I wanted he showed me everything I wanted to see he was very nice and not pushy at all. When my mother'n'law and I went back to purchase the car they had a different sales man and he was really nice and tried his hardest to get them a new car that would fill my transportation needs. I think that when you go to Toyota you need to know exactly what you are looking for and be ready to except an offer it isn't a place for window shopping! I will go back for my next purchase! They have great deals on really nice cars! Why wouldn't I go back? I was treated 100 times better there then I was in Garcia Honda! That's why Toyota got my business. I was really interested in a Honda but the Camry is actually a better car I don't regret it!
Thanks to Garcia Honda I now got a better deal on a better car and recieved excellent customer service at American Toyota!-

Bought a Highlander from them about seven weeks ago and I'm
STILL trying to get someone to address the items not put in the car after purchase. Complete run around and avoiding my calls. I've been a Toyota customer since I was a teenager and American Toyota has left a sour taste in my mouth.
