User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsI took 2 blankets to be cleaned. My blankets were not there when they told me to return mind you I went an extra day later to be sure that was enough time. I had to wait 9 days for my blankets. When I arrived the desk clerk hardly spoke English I had something stuck on them and asked her if it would come off she said "Yes" When I recieved them back they were still stuck in the blanket. I would not recommend them to anyone nor will I return.
