El Parasol serves affordable food that is excellent quality for the price; most customers swing by for something to go, but there are also a few seats available inside and out. User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsAbsolutely the best chicken taco in the world. They are so good that is all we ever get when we vist Santa Fe. Be sure to have yours with the green chili. I'm sure the rest of the menu is great. I wish they did have a couple of tables outside but that won't stop us from returning time and again.

User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThe BEST Breakfast Burrito in Santa Fe: Whenever we have a big meeting at the office, we order breakfast burritos from El Parasol. Inevitably, people will come up after the meeting to find out where the breakfast burritos were ordered. There is no seating at El Parasol, but don't let that stop you from stopping by for a breakfast burritto. The chili is "caliente" and eye-watering as well as mouth-watering.
